Despite their apparent successes and accomplishments since their founding, like recently being named the #8 fastest growing privately-held company in Philadelphia, Ricochet knew that the only way to continue evolving was to further enhance their digital presence.
Their team engaged us in late 2019 for a from-the-ground-up website build including a custom e-commerce store and dealer portal. We were also tasked with lighting a fire under their social media and online marketing campaigns.
Their new mobile-friendly website and e-commerce store runs on our Brambaly platform. While the store sells more "easily-made" gear such as PPE masks and gowns, customers can explore custom turnout gear orders and submit requests for quotes. In just a few months post-launch, we grew their social media following by nearly 265% and continue to drive their brand awareness by implementing a digital marketing strategy that includes drip marketing campaigns, social media, PPC, and promotions.
