We are looking for an amazing user interface designer to join our growing team! You'll be managing existing client websites; designing a custom e-commerce interface, features, and templates for our website platform brambaly.com; writing functional specs for each project; and managing the execution of projects with our development team.
This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. - Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present designs to client and work with them to refine; willingly accepting feedback and pushing back as needed
- Ability to write clear specs for website builds and manage a development team from PSD to testing
- Design websites/pages to comply with best marketing/SEO & design practices
- Create compelling graphics for our client’s social media accounts and websites
- Experience designing for e-commerce
- Experience in WordPress and Squarespace
- Love multi-tasking and delivering on tight deadlines

- Check that all tools, designs, and features for custom sites are working accurately
- Complete daily tasks set by clients via email and assign to the development team when necessary
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces and managing execution
- You need to work well without oversight taking responsibility for your accounts
- Current experience in all things SEO
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
